The Faculty of Manufacturing Technologies with a seat in Prešov is one of the nine faculties of the Technical University of Košice. It is of the leading higher education institutions in the Slovak Republic.

Since its establishment, the faculty has continuously developed its identity by offering attractive study programmes and fostering a distinctive research profile. It participates in numerous national and international projects, continuously develops its laboratories and specialised teaching facilities as well as disseminates its scientific findings through publications in reputable academic journals.

The faculty is committed to modernising its teaching methods through closer integration with professional practice and to significantly improving the conditions for research and education.
